Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms cover how you may use this website and what you can expect when you hire us for water damage work. We have written them in plain language. Please read them before you book.

Agreement to Terms

When you use this site or hire us for restoration work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.

These terms apply to Water Damage Restoration San Marcos.

Description of Services

We provide water damage restoration and emergency water mitigation for homes and businesses in San Marcos and Hays County.

That work includes water extraction and removal, structural drying and dehumidification, flood damage cleanup, storm damage restoration, mold remediation, sewage and biohazard water cleanup, burst and frozen pipe cleanup, ceiling and roof leak repair, appliance leak cleanup, water damage inspection and moisture detection, and repair and reconstruction back to pre-loss condition. We also handle commercial properties.

Some work falls outside what we do. We do not take on general remodeling, foundation or structural engineering, roof replacement, standalone plumbing repair, or septic service. When a job needs one of those, we refer you to the right trade.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to hire us, sign an agreement for our services, or authorize work on a property you control. That keeps things clean.

Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

We give you a quote based on the scope of the work. Restoration pricing depends on a few things: the source of the water, the category of water, how far it spread, and what materials it touched. Two jobs that look alike from the doorway can cost very differently once we measure the moisture and trace how far the water actually traveled. It surprises people.

Quotes and estimates are valid for about 30 days unless we tell you otherwise.

Restoration is often coordinated with your insurance carrier. We document the loss so the claim holds up. We bill for the work we actually do, item by item. We do not pad an invoice.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We do not currently require deposits to schedule restoration work. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just contact us as early as you can and we will sort it out without any fuss. No penalty applies. Because emergencies move fast, the sooner you let us know, the easier it is on everyone.

Customer Responsibilities

To do the job safely and well, we need a few things from you.

Give us safe access to the site. Tell us the truth about what happened and when. Keep pets secured and out of the work area. Point out any known hazards, like exposed wiring or a weak floor, before we start. Clear conditions help us work faster and protect everyone on site.

Limitation of Liability

We work to recognized industry standards and we stand behind the work we perform, from the first extraction to the final moisture reading. We take that seriously. Even so, restoration outcomes depend on conditions we do not control, such as how long water sat before we arrived and what was already damaged.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for hidden conditions we could not reasonably find, or for decisions your insurer makes about a claim. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.

Intellectual Property

The text, images, and design on this website belong to us. Please do not copy, republish, or reuse them without our written permission.

This site may link to other websites we think are useful. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control those outside sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your information. Use them with care.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute comes up that we cannot settle directly, it will be handled in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Hays County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms over time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date below. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
